Before joining the program, Alejandro's business, Clever Money Club, which focuses on business funding for entrepreneurs, relied on a largely manual process. Although they used software for client onboarding (Dispute Fox), client communication and objection handling were manual and lacked a structured approach. Furthermore, he admitted to delegating Ads management without fully understanding the process, which he recognized as an operational mistake.
When he made the decision to scale, his main goal was to target the Hispanic market and close clients for his High-Ticket offer (ranging from $6,000 to $7,000).
